Volunteer Awards
Volunteers enrich our lives and our communities in so many ways, through a huge range of activities. This is your chance to nominate a group or individual who deserves to be recognised for their outstanding contribution to volunteer work.

How to enter
Please click here to download the nomination form as a Word document. Please read through the whole form before filling in any details.

The closing date for nominations is 30 June 2008 (but please submit earlier if at all possible) and entries received after this date may not be considered.

What to do with your completed nomination
Please send your completed form by post to:

What will happen next
All nominations will be acknowledged by e-mail (where an e-mail address has been given) otherwise we will send an acknowledgement by post.

Judging will take place at the beginning of July and all those chosen to receive a Volunteer Award will receive their invitation to the Awards Dinner by mid-August. Those people who nominate someone who is not chosen to receive an award will also be informed by the end of July.
